  • 3 c. flour, sifted
  • 1 c. shortening
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 c. ice water
  • 1 tsp. vinegar

Directions

    Cut shortening into mixture of flour, salt, egg and vinegar and add water a little at a time.

    Bake, with filling, at 425° for 30 minutes.
