- 1 tsp butter
- 1 2/3 Tbsp cold water
- 1 tsp egg white beaten into the water
- 1/8 tsp salt
Directions

1Triple sift flour.

2Beat egg into water.

3Mix all ingredients together.

4Do not overmix/overhandle or crust will be tough.

5Cook at 325° for 6 minutes then cook with pie.
