  • 1 Tbsp Crisco
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 2/3 Tbsp cold water
  • 1 tsp egg white beaten into the water
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions

    Triple sift flour.

    Beat egg into water.

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Do not overmix/overhandle or crust will be tough.

    Cook at 325° for 6 minutes then cook with pie.
