  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 level tsp. baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. shortening
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. water

    Combine dry ingredients.

    Cut in shortening.

    Beat egg, water and vinegar.

    Blend into dry ingredients.

    Form into ball.
