Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 2 c. lukewarm water
  • 1/2 c. oleo or butter, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 6 1/2 c. flour or more

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in water.

    Add oleo, sugar, salt and eggs.

    Add flour, make dough firm.

    Turn out on floured board and knead until smooth.

    Let rise to double in size.

    Knead again and make into rolls.

    Let rise again.

    Bake at 350°.
