Ingredients
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 4 c. flour
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. very warm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water and let stand 5 to 10 minutes before stirring.

2Add 2 cups of the flour and all other ingredients.

3With electric mixer, blend at low speed, then beat 2 minutes.

4Beat in remaining 2 cups flour by hand.

5Cover and let rise until doubles (30 to 40 minutes).

6Stir batter down to deflate.

7Spoon into greased muffin tins and let rise again.

8Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.

9Serve hot.

10Makes about 2 dozen.
