- 1 (15 oz.) can Niblet style corn, drained
- 1 (15 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 2 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. cream or milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix corn.

2Beat in 2 eggs, flour, milk or cream.

3Season with salt and pepper. Pour mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Dot with bits of butter (amount of butter is optional).

4Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.

5Yields 8 servings.
