  • 1/2 fresh pineapple or 2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
  • 1 medium apple, chopped finely
  • 1/2 c. sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. halved seedless red grapes
  • 1/2 c. toasted walnut pieces
  • 2 kiwi fruit
  • 1/2 c. salad dressing
  • 1/3 c. lemon flavored yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • lettuce leaves

    In a large bowl, toss together fruit.

    In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients (except lettuce) gently.

    Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours.
