  • 600 grams potato
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. green peas
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. sake
  • 5 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
