  • 8 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • paprika
  • 8 olives

Directions

    Cut eggs in halves lengthwise; remove yolks.

    Mash yolks. Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, salt and pepper.

    Fill egg halves with mixture; chill.

    Sprinkle with paprika before serving.

    Cut olives in halves and top each egg.
