  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. curry powder
  • 4 c. unsalted assorted nuts (peanuts, pecans, almonds, walnuts)
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; stir in spices.

    Add nuts; stir until coated.

    Spread in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.

    Bake at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
