  • 1 pkg. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
  • nacho chips

Directions

    Cook sausage and hamburger; drain.

    Add seasoning to sausage and hamburger.

    Put in crock-pot; cut up cheese in chunks (2 small blocks or half large block).

    Add soup (no water).

    Let everything melt and stir thin; add Ro-Tel.

    Put crock-pot on low until hot. Serve with nacho chips.
