- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. oil (no cholesterol)
- 3 egg whites or Egg Beaters
- 2/3 c. flour
- 2/3 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. oat bran
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. allspice or nutmeg
- 3 c. shredded apples
Directions

1Cream together the sugars, oil and egg whites.

2Add to the mixture, in order, the flour, whole wheat flour, oat bran, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice (or nutmeg) and the apples, mixing well after each.

3Spray Pam on 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

4Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
