  • 1/3 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 16 oz. pkg. powdered sugar

Directions

    In small mixing bowl, combine dry frosting mix, corn syrup, vanilla and boiling water.

    Beat on highest speed of mixer until stiff peaks form, about 5 minutes.

    Transfer to large bowl.

    On low speed, gradually blend in sugar and nuts.
