- 2 unbeaten egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. boiling water
Directions

1Combine egg whites, cream of tartar and sugar in large mixing bowl.

2Add vanilla and mix.

3Add boiling water and beat until stiff at high speed with electric mixer or by hand for approximately 10 minutes or until stiff.

4This will ice a large cake.
