Ingredients
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. oil or oleo
- 1/3 c. honey or sugar
- 2/3 c. powdered milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. wheat germ
- 2 c. warm water
- 7 c. flour (unsifted, unbleached)
Directions

1Put first 8 ingredients into mixing bowl with 3 cups flour. Beat 5 to 10 minutes at medium speed.

2By hand, stir in another 3 cups flour.

3Knead rest of flour in.

4Knead 5 to 10 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and folded towel.

5Let rest 20 minutes. Punch down and divide into 2 equal parts.

6Roll each part into an 8 x 12-inch rectangle.

7Roll up.

8Shape and place in greased pan. Cover with plastic wrap.

9Refrigerate 2 to 24 hours.

10About 10 minutes before baking, remove from refrigerator and preheat oven. Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.
