  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. water
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pt. Marshmallow Creme
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts or candied fruit

Directions

    Boil sugar, water and salt until it forms a hard ball in water (285°).

    Place Marshmallow Creme in a mixing bowl and stir in hot syrup.
  3. 3
    Continue stirring until slightly stiff or until the candy holds a peak.

    Fold in nuts and flavoring.
  5. 5
    Drop from spoon onto waxed paper or buttered plate.
