- 4 c. flour
- 1 3/4 c. butter Crisco
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Mix first 4 ingredients together until crumbly.

2Mix vinegar, egg and water together.

3Add to first mixture.

4Work into a ball. Refrigerate for 1 hour before rolling into pie shells.

5This will keep up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.

6Can also be frozen.

7Makes 5 or 6 pie shells.
