Ingredients
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1/2 medium green pepper
- 1 small fresh jalapeno pepper (optional)
- 1/4 c. fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, split
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
Directions

1Cut vegetables into 1/2-inch or smaller size.

2Combine all ingredients.

3Put aside 1/2 cup mixture.

4Put remaining ingredients into food processor or blender.

5Using a pulsing (on-off) motion, process to desired texture.

6If you do not have a food processor or blender, chop as fine as possible.

7Add 1/2 cup mixture back into blended salsa and stir.

8This will provide chunkier texture. Transfer to shallow serving dish.

9Chill 15 minutes.
