- 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 3/4 c. flour
- 3 egg whites
- 3/4 c. 2% low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Over very low heat, melt chocolate.

3Cool slightly.

4In food processor, puree all ingredients except powdered sugar and chocolate.

5Blend well.

6Add melted chocolate and mix well.

7Pour into lightly greased 8-inch square pan.

8Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until just set.

9Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into squares.

10Makes 16 squares.
