  • 2 small instant pudding (vanilla)
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 c. Cool Whip
  • coconut or sliced bananas (optional)

Directions

    Mix margarine and flour.

    Line pan; press down lightly.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until lightly brown.

    Mix pudding and milk.

    Beat until thick and spread over cooled crust.

    Mix cream cheese and Cool Whip.

    Spread over top.

    Coconut or sliced bananas may be added to top.
