  • 2 pounds beef tenderloin tips, stew meat, or chuck roast, cubed
  • 10 ounces mushroom soup ceram of
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 4 ounces mushrooms drained
  • 1 cup water

Directions

    Add meat to a 9 x 13 pan or crockpot.

    In a large bowl, mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the meat.

    Add mushrooms and stir to coat.

    For oven cooking, cover with foil and bake at 300 degree with 2 1/2 - 3 hours.

    For crockpot cooking, cook on low for 8 hours.

    Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or egg noodles.
