- 2 pounds beef tenderloin tips, stew meat, or chuck roast, cubed
- 10 ounces mushroom soup ceram of
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 4 ounces mushrooms drained
- 1 cup water
Directions

1Add meat to a 9 x 13 pan or crockpot.

2In a large bowl, mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the meat.

3Add mushrooms and stir to coat.

4For oven cooking, cover with foil and bake at 300 degree with 2 1/2 - 3 hours.

5For crockpot cooking, cook on low for 8 hours.

6Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or egg noodles.
