- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. very warm water
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 c. self-rising flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Place yeast in water; stir and set aside.

2Cream margarine with sugar in large bowl.

3Add egg and salt.

4Add yeast/water. Add flour, two cups at a time.

5Stir until well mixed.

6Place in airtight container at least 6 hours or overnight.

7To cook drop by tablespoons into greased muffin tins and bake until light brown. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
