Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 2 c. very warm water
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 4 c. self-rising flour

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in water.

    Cream margarine with sugar; add egg. Add dissolved yeast to creamed mixture, then stir in flour until well combined.

    Drop spoonfuls into well-greased muffin tin and bake about 20 minutes at 350° until brown.

    Store leftover dough in airtight bowl in refrigerator.
