- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. very warm water
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Cream margarine with sugar; add egg. Add dissolved yeast to creamed mixture, then stir in flour until well combined.

3Drop spoonfuls into well-greased muffin tin and bake about 20 minutes at 350° until brown.

4Store leftover dough in airtight bowl in refrigerator.
