- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. Dijon style mustard
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Place chicken, skin side down, in flat baking dish in one layer.

2Mix all other ingredients together.

3Pour over chicken and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.

4When ready to cook, turn chicken, cover dish with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

5Remove foil; baste well.

6Continue baking, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Serves 4.
