  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. Dijon style mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions

    Place chicken, skin side down, in flat baking dish in one layer.

    Mix all other ingredients together.

    Pour over chicken and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.

    When ready to cook, turn chicken, cover dish with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Remove foil; baste well.

    Continue baking, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Serves 4.
