  • 1 small onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. sherry
  • 1 can mushrooms

Directions

    Place chicken breasts in baking dish skin side down.

    Mix onion, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, sour cream and sherry and pour over chicken.

    Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Sprinkle with paprika.
