- 1 or 2 ribs celery
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 c. milk
- 1 pt. tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. noodles, parboiled
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Fry ground meat and onion until brown. Add celery, bell pepper and tomatoes.

3Cover and cook until vegetables are tender.

4Mix soup and milk together, then add meat and vegetable mixture.

5Pour over parboiled noodles in a large baking dish and bake about 30 minutes.
