Noodle Cheese Pudding

  • 6 eggs
  • 3/4 lb. cream cheese
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1/2 lb. melted butter (reserve 5 Tbsp.)
  • 1 lb. medium noodles
  • 2 c. (heaping) corn flakes
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar (reserve 5 Tbsp.)

Directions

    Boil noodles per package directions and drain.

    Beat eggs. Add sugar, melted butter, sour cream, mashed cream cheese and vanilla.

    Add noodles.

    Mix well.

    Pour into a large oblong baking dish that has been well buttered.

    Spread topping over and cover with foil.

    Refrigerate overnight.
