- water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 oz. egg noodles
- 1 apple
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 13 c. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Cooking spray
- 2 tbsp. bread crumbs
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

2Fill the pot halfway with the water.

3Add the salt, and bring to a boil on high heat.

4Cook the noodles in the boiling water on low heat for 8 to 10 minutes.

5Turn off the stove top when they are done.

6While the noodles are cooking, crack the eggs into the mixing bowl and discard the shells.

7Then add the apple, raisins, sugar, and cinnamon.

8Use the spoon to combine the ingredients.

9Use potholders to pour the pot of noodles into the colander to drain.

10Then return the drained noodles to the pot.

11If the pot is heavy or hard for you to handle, have an adult do the pouring.

12Now quickly add the butter to the warm noodles, and stir with the wooden spoon until the butter melts.

13Add the apple mixture to the noodles and combine.

14Transfer the noodle-apple concoction to the baking dish, and sprinkle the bread crumbs on top.

15Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

16Use potholders to remove your Noodle Kugel from the oven, and let it cool before you serve it or try a bite.
