- 2 eggs, beaten separately
- 1 1/2 c. small egg noodles
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Make cream sauce of butter, flour and milk.

2Add cheese, noodles and egg yolks.

3Add stiffly beaten egg whites.

4Pour into mold (jello or Bundt cake) that has been sprayed with Pam.

5Place a piece of brown paper (sack) on top of mold while baking.

6Bake at 300° for 15 to 20 minutes.
