- 1 lb. cooked noodles (preferably wide or medium)
- 3 eggs
- 1 to 1 1/4 lb. cottage cheese
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 3 to 4 apples, peeled and sliced thin
- raisins
- pinch of salt
- 6 pkg. sugar, if desired
- cinnamon
- crushed pineapple (optional)
Directions

1Use whisk to beat eggs into noodles until foamy.

2Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.

3Butter pan and pour mixture into it, placing several pieces of butter on top.

4Can also sprinkle cinnamon on top.

5Bake in 350° oven for about 45 minutes (depending on stove) or until sides and top brown.

6Can also be frozen and baked at later time.

7Can be served with sour cream.
