  • 1 lb. wide noodles, cooked
  • 1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Combine cooked noodles with cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, milk and salt.

    Pour into well-greased 10 x 14-inch pan.

    Bake in preheated oven at 350° for about 1 hour, or until knife comes out clean.

    Cool and refrigerate in pan 8 hours or overnight.

    Cut into 3-inch squares without removing from pan.

    Reheat at 350° for 25 minutes.

    Serve hot.
