  • 1 lb. medium broad egg noodles
  • 1 large can fruit cocktail
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • pinch of salt
  • 9 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. white raisins
  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple
  • juice of 1 orange

    Boil noodles in salt water until tender.

    Drain very dry.

    Put in large bowl.

    Melt butter in hot noodles.

    Add 9 beaten eggs. Add both cans of fruit with juice.

    Add vanilla, sugar, raisins and orange juice.

    Put 3 tablespoons butter in 2 (9 x 12-inch) baking pans.

    When butter is melted, in a 350° oven, divide the mixture between the 2 pans and bake 1 hour at 325° or until slightly brown.
