- 1 pkg. broad egg noodles
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- 2 c. Swiss cheese, diced
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Cook noodles according to directions. Drain.

2In a small pan, melt butter and cook onion until transparent. Combine eggs, salt and nutmeg in a large bowl. Add noodles, butter, onion, bacon and cheese. Place in 2-quart baking dish and bake 45 minutes at 350° (until golden brown).
