  • 1 pkg. broad egg noodles
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
  • 2 c. Swiss cheese, diced
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Cook noodles according to directions. Drain.

    In a small pan, melt butter and cook onion until transparent. Combine eggs, salt and nutmeg in a large bowl. Add noodles, butter, onion, bacon and cheese. Place in 2-quart baking dish and bake 45 minutes at 350° (until golden brown).
