- 1 lb butter
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1 12 cups chopped onions
- 46 ounces chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons ground sage
Directions

1Saute onion and celery in butter til tender.

2Mix sage with dry croutons.

3Heat broth.

4Mix all ingredients together.

5This will stuff a 20 pound bird or bake alone in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes to one hour.
