  • 1/2 pound pork sausage or italian sausage
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup dried minced onions
  • 2 talespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
