  • 1 Vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 bowls Chicken rice
  • 1 Tomato ketchup
  • 1 Parsley (dried or fresh)

    Make the chicken rice.

    Beat the egg together with salt and sugar.

    Heat a frying pan and coat with oil.

    Pour in the egg mixture and spread it around the pan.

    When it's half cooked, place the chicken rice in the centre.

    Lift up one side of the omelette with a spatula, bring the omelette to the side of the pan and turn gently over onto the plate.

    Neaten the shape of the omurice with a paper towel.

    Serve with ketchup and garnish with parsley to finish.
