  • 2 medium cans kraut
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 pkg. smoked sausage
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Heat skillet and add 1 tablespoon butter, kraut and pepper, cut into thin strips.

    Cut smoked sausage into chunks and add to other ingredients.

    Fry until light brown or until peppers are tender.
