  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 12 cup water
  • 12 cup celery, minced
  • 12 cup red onion, minced
  • 12 cup parsley, minced
  • 13 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon kelp powder
  • 1 12 teaspoons fresh dill weed
  • 12 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Soak almonds for 24 hours, and then rinse and drain.

    Soak sunflower seeds for 4 - 6 hours, and then rinse and drain.

    Process almonds and sunflower seeds in a food processor until smooth.

    Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and stir in remaining ingredients.

    Store in an airtight container in the fridge - will keep up to 1 week.
