  • 11.5oz Pasta (large noodles are best)
  • 3/4 - 1 lb Hot Italian Sausage
  • 6 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Sweet Onion
  • 8 Baby Bella Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 7 Roma Tomatoes (med sized)
  • 5oz Baby Spinach Leaves (washed)
  • 1 Tbsp Basil (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella (cubed)
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)
