- 1 lb. each white raisins, red candied cherries, walnuts (halves or large) and Brazil nuts (whole)
- 2 lb. pitted dates
- 3 slices candied pineapple, cut in eighths
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 8 large eggs
Directions

1Beat eggs. Put all nuts and fruit in a large pan.

2Sift dry ingredients over fruit, nut mixture.

3Mix with hands until all flour is mixed in well.

4Pour eggs over all.

5Mix good with hands. Pack in 5 loaf size pans. Fill about 3/4 full. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300°. Adjust time for larger or smaller pans.
