- 2 sticks butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- 2/3 c. finely chopped nuts
Directions

1Melt butter over low heat in pan.

2Add sugar and stir until melted.

3Add water and syrup.

4Continue cooking over low heat until syrup dropped in cold water is brittle (320°).

5Don't overcook.

6Remove from heat.

7Pour on greased platter.

8This should be thin.

9Cool until hardened; melt chocolate over hot water.

10Spread on crunch.

11Sprinkle nuts over the top and pat in. Break into pieces.
