- 4 sticks margarine
- 3 c. sugar
- 7 eggs
- 3 c. sifted plain flour
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 2 tsp. coconut flavoring
- 2 pkg. fresh, frozen coconut
- 2 c. pecans
Directions

1Cream the margarine; add sugar gradually, beating until there is no trace.

2Add one egg at a time, beating well after each. Start adding small portions of flour, beating into mixture.

3Add sour cream, coconut and flavoring; mix well.

4Using a spoon, stir pecans into mixture.

5Grease and flour tube pan.

6Bake 1 hour and 40 minutes at 325°.
