- 1 lb. English walnuts
- 1 c. water
- 4 egg whites
Directions

1Grind nuts.

2Beat egg whites until stiff.

3Boil water and sugar until spins a thread.

4Add to egg whites; mix well.

5Add ground nuts to egg white mixture and mix well.

6If mixture is too thick, add hot water to the consistency you need.
