- 1 c. (5 3/4 oz.) pkg. milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. shortening
- 1 c. broken pecans or walnuts
Directions

1Melt chocolate chips with shortening in top of double boiler over hot water.

2Remove from heat; stir in pecans.

3Spoon heaping teaspoonfuls into 1-inch paper candy cups or paper-lined mini muffin cups, filling each half full.

4Chill until firm.

5Peel off paper cup, if desired.

6Makes 14 to 16 cups.
