  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
  • 1/2 Banana, Mashed
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 cup Ground Hazelnuts
  • 1 cup Ground Almonds
  • 1 Tablespoon Oats
  • 50 grams Whole Almonds

Directions

    Mix coconut oil, maple syrup, and almond butter. Add mashed banana and salt and mix. Pour in ground hazelnuts and almonds, and oats. Mix again. Dough should be solid but pliable.

    Heat oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking tin with parchment paper. Take a small piece of dough, make a small ball, and put on the baking tin. Press the dough and add a few whole almonds for decoration. (I was able to form 6 cookies with the dough.)

    Bake for 15-18 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
