  • 1 c. pecans
  • 14 saltine crackers
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Cool Whip

Directions

    Beat egg whites until stiff.

    Chop pecans fine; crush crackers.

    Mix ingredients well.

    Pour in a greased pie plate. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.
