  • 1/2 lb. margarine
  • 1 large yeast cake or 2 pkg.
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 4 c. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.

    Set aside to rise. Sift flour and salt.

    Cut in margarine.

    Add yolks to yeast mixture and blend in flour.

    Turn out on floured board and knead for 5 minutes.

    Divide into 4 balls (let rise again).

    Won't rise much.
