Ingredients
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 1/2 c. shortening (butter or Crisco), soft
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. milk, scalded (lukewarm)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 5 to 7 c. sugar (can add more as needed)
Directions

1Add flour in pan or bowl and make a well.

2Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.

3Add the rest of the ingredients.

4Add yeast after it dissolves.

5Knead well after it is well stirred.

6Add more flour if it's too sticky.

7Let rise, then roll on floured tablecloth or table until thicken.

8Add cinnamon all over spread with hand, then add a little more sugar.

9Spread all over dough.

10After nut filling is scalded on low heat to lukewarm, spread over the dough.

11Roll up and seal edges.
