"Nutella" Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 11/16 cup hazelnuts
  • 1 11/16 cups pitted dates
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons almond approx of Sanitarium Unsweetened, and Coconut Milk, or equivalent of milk of your choice.
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut

Directions

    Process hazelnuts in a food processor until coarsely ground.

    Add the rest of the ingredients except coconut to the food processor bowl and process until crumbly. Add the almond and coconut milk gradually until the mixture just forms a ball.

    Roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls and roll in the coconut.

    Place in the fridge or freezer (I prefer the freezer) until cold and firm.
