Nutella Brownie Muffins

- 2 1/4 cups self-rising flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder, plus extra to dust
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 4 1/2 tbsp butter, melted
- 3/4 cup Nutella or other chocolate hazelnut spread
- 1 None large egg, lightly beaten
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 oz dark chocolate chips
- 2.5 oz pistachios, coarsely chopped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 12-cup muffin pan.

2Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl. Whisk together butter, Nutella, egg, milk and sour cream. Mix into dry ingredients until just combined then fold in chocolate chips and pistachios. Distribute between muffin recesses and bake for 20 mins, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
